Shipping within the United States

Standard U.S. shipping is complimentary. Orders are shipped via FedEx, with tracking provided once your piece ships. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you have a particular date in mind or an urgent request, please contact info@extraordinarigems.com before placing your order so we can discuss availability.

Production and transit

In-stock pieces are prepared for shipment after order processing. Collection pieces that are not in stock typically require 2–3 weeks for production. Bespoke and custom jewelry typically require 6–8 weeks for production. Production timelines are estimates and may vary by piece. We will communicate the expected timing for your order.

Shipping transit time is separate from production time. Estimated standard shipping transit after shipment is 5–8 business days.
