In-stock pieces are prepared for shipment after order processing. Collection pieces that are not currently in stock typically require 2–3 weeks for production. Bespoke and custom jewelry typically requires 6–8 weeks for production. Production timelines are estimates and may vary by piece. We will communicate the expected timing for your order.

Standard U.S. shipping is complimentary. Orders are shipped via FedEx, with tracking provided once your piece ships. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

All jewelry purchases are final sale. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the approved order, please contact info@extraordinarigems.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution. Our cancellation terms are stated separately below.

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that’s been done. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. After 12 hours you may still be subject to the restocking fee.

For an approved damage, defect, or order discrepancy claim, we will review the appropriate resolution with you. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.

We are unable to offer price adjustments for previous purchases. Prices can fluctuate due to consumer demand, trends and other contingencies. Offers cannot be combined or used retroactively.
